I had a wonderful experience at Moana Restaurant! The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with a lovely mix of modern style and a relaxing coastal touch. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Umesh, our waiter, who truly made the evening exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly attitude added such a warm touch to our dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌺

Absolutely outstanding resort in every way. From the service and hospitality to the food and the amenities. The entire complex is immaculately clean and the staff go out of their way to look after you. I’d like to specifically mention Laguna Taverna & Lounge. We visited every day and were always so well looked after by Tuang, Sunday, Nang and the rest of by the fantastic team. Thank you all for making our holiday so wonderful. Good location top of the palm. Great facilities within the hotel. All staff very attentive and friendly. Krishantha in the replay bar remembered our drink order from the first night so never need to ask for what we wanted. Food throughout the hotel was a excellent standard. No complaints whatsoever. Very much enjoyed our 20th wedding anniversary celebrations.

I had the pleasure to do my honeymoon here. Service, room and beach were very nice and i felt welcomed from the beginning. We didn't like the first room we got but the managers helped us and provided us with a room we liked more. I want to especially thank Rahul, Komang, Su, Jowali and Tharusi. They did an exceptional service and looked out for us. Shout-out to the cleaning stuff too. They came around twice a day and cleaned the room each time properly. Thank you for the pleasant stay. I recently stayed at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful — peaceful, elegant, and perfectly located on the Palm. As someone with a severe nut allergy, I was genuinely touched by how far the staff went to ensure my meals were completely safe and freshly prepared. In the main restaurant, the chefs — Neeraj, Sanjeewa, Madan, and Gourav — went above and beyond every day to accommodate me. Their care, attention, and willingness to adapt dishes meant I could relax and truly enjoy my holiday without worry. I also want to mention Manoj and Ajith from the management team, and Dipa from the waiting staff, who were all so warm, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, Denis from the porter team made me feel welcome and well looked after — he was always ready to help with a smile. I’d also highly recommend dining at Laguna Beach Restaurant on site. The food was exceptional, and the staff — Sunday and Uson in particular — made the experience even better with their friendliness and impeccable service. Although I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, I want to say that every single member of staff I interacted with was amazing. The team’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. This hotel truly stands out not just for its luxury and setting, but for the people who work there. I can’t recommend Sofitel The Palm highly enough — especially to anyone with dietary requirements or allergies. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you ☺️
